About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative you are a key part in growing customer loyalty and satisfaction by leveraging your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for exceeding expectations. You will be instrumental in maintaining the brand's reputation for world-class service and dedicated customer care.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, proactive outreach and support to the customer base, including occasional calls and thoughtful, relationship-building interactions.
- Track customer preferences, birthdays, and purchase history to enable tailored service and gestures (e.g., sending birthday gifts).
- Use Gorgias to manage, track, and follow up on all client interactions and inquiries.
- Blend PR and customer service tactics to build strong relationships and foster customer advocacy.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of escalated issues.
- Assist with general support coverage as needed.
- Collaborate closely with other customer service team members and the marketing department to enhance the overall customer journey.
- Consistently aim for a five-star service rating on platforms such as Trustpilot and Google.
Competencies and Qualifications
Must-Have
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service; evidence of a service-oriented mindset is preferred over years of experience.
- Experience with Gorgias or similar customer service platforms highly preferred
- Prior experience in the health, wellness, supplements, or related industries is strongly preferred due to regulatory and liability considerations.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated; able to manage a client portfolio with tailored follow-ups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Able to handle sensitive customer concerns and complex cases with professionalism.
