About Elavate:

Elavate is the UK's fastest-growing collagen supplement brand, helping women over 40 achieve healthier skin, stronger joints, and thicker hair through premium-quality products.

Position Overview:

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who can confidently manage email, chat, and phone support for our expanding customer base. You'll handle a variety of customer inquiries; from product and order questions to subscription management, while ensuring each interaction reflects the warmth and quality of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and empathy

Assist with orders, shipping updates, returns, and refunds

Manage subscriptions (pause, skip, modify, cancel)

Provide accurate product information and educate customers about our Multi-Collagen Superblend

Log and resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate when needed

Maintain accurate records and follow standard procedures in our customer service system

Required Qualifications:

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (email/chat/phone)

Shopify experience is a MUST

Phone support experience is a MUST

Familiarity with Richpanel, Zendesk, or Gorgias (preferred)

Experience with subscription platforms such as Loop or Recharge

Compensation: $600 to $650/month (Full-time, Remote)

Perks: Monthly performance bonuses for agents who meet or exceed targets
