Job Description

Are you thrilled about delivering outstanding customer service We're looking for a vibrant Customer Support Representative to join our team.

If you've finished Grade 12 under the K12 program, have at least 1 year of payroll experience, and are confident in your B2-level English communication skills, this opportunity is for you!

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Help customers with their payroll-related concerns in a polite, friendly, and clear way.
  • Make sure all information shared is correct and handled properly.
  • Work closely with your team to solve issues fast and keep things running smoothly.

Needed Qualifications

  • K12 Graduate (Senior High School, New Curriculum)
  • At least 1 year of experience in payroll processing
  • Strong communication skills (B2 CEFR level or higher)
  • Experience with 401K is a plus!
