Role Overview

Order Management

  • Enter and process customer orders accurately in the company ERP/order management system
  • Review orders for pricing, quantities, and customer requirements
  • Confirm order details with sales or customers when necessary
  • Monitor order status and update internal systems accordingly

Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate outbound shipments with warehouses and carriers
  • Prepare shipping documents and ensure orders are dispatched correctly
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery issues when they arise
  • Communicate shipping schedules and updates to customers and internal teams

Operational Support

  • Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure orders are picked and prepared correctly
  • Coordinate priority orders and urgent shipments
  • Maintain accurate order records and documentation
  • Assist with inventory checks related to order fulfillment

Communication

  • Serve as a key communication point between sales, warehouse, and customers
  • Provide order status updates and resolve order discrepancies
  • Escalate issues related to fulfillment, logistics, or customer requests
