Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall client experience and service efficiency
- Establish, improve, and monitor customer support processes and service standards
- Ensure consistent and fair implementation of company policies and procedures
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse customer support team
- Handle escalated and complex client concerns
- Analyze support metrics and identify areas for operational improvement
- Collaborate with the different internal departments to resolve client issues effectively
- Continuously learn and stay updated on company products, trading processes, and internal systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Management or any related course
- Preferably with at least 5 years of customer services experience, with 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, or brokerage is an advantage, experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Technologically adept; comfortable learning new systems and basic troubleshooting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-centric mindset with strong decision-making ability
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
