Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall client experience and service efficiency
  • Establish, improve, and monitor customer support processes and service standards
  • Ensure consistent and fair implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Lead, monitor, and develop a diverse customer support team
  • Handle escalated and complex client concerns
  • Analyze support metrcis and identify areas for operational improvement
  • Collaborate with different internal departments to resolve client issues effectively
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on company products, trading processes, and internal systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management or any related course
  • Preferably with at least 5 years of customer service experience, with 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, banking or brokerage in an advantage, experience in customer service is preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solvings skills
  • Technologically adept, comfortable learning new systems and basic troubleshooting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong decision making ability
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
