Job Summary:
The Support officer will primarily responsible for the Operations and business development support. Ensures all DiskarTech applications and documentations are updated and secure, and customer Maintenance Process is strictly followed.
How will you contribute:
- Interacts with Customers via Telephone/Google Meet or email, or online chat to provide support and information on an assigned product of DEIG. May perform Client call out as needed.
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer problems and concerns
- Performs customer maintenance as requested based on a PID/verified request
- Ensures all documents are filed in the shared directory or EDMS system for future reference
- Performs customer posting for reversals and posting of Marketing Promos rebates or prizes required for posting for DEIG
- Seeks necessary approvals for the posting transactions.
- Performs additional verification of selected processes and/or transactions as may be deemed necessary by the Department Head and DCO, especially if there are new regulatory issuance that requires immediate validation or testing to ensure compliance.
- Performs the following task under the Diskartech KYC verification exceptions; compliance sanction check and acuity for exception items, duplicate checking and matching, KYC exception review from the eKYC tool in place
- Conducts root cause analysis of compliance review issues to provide accurate recommendations to business units or Management, preventing recurrence in future reviews and examinations.
- Performs account blocking/lock/closure/hold as required by AML Team, EFRD and Garnishment Team
What will make you successful:
- Bachelor of Science major in Accounting/Business Management
- With at least 1-2 years experience in Customer Service and maintenance or KYC and EDD process
