Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to travel and hospitality clients via on-site interactions.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our travel and hospitality products and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proven experience in customer support within the travel or hospitality industry
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred
  • Experience working in an on-site customer support role in the Philippines
  • Knowledge of additional languages
