Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a Shared Services company in their search for a Customer Support Associate based in BGC, Taguig

Engagement: Permanent | Direct Hire

Work Setup: 2 days onsite, 3 days WFH

Location: Taguig City

The role

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate who will primarily handle email and chat inquiries, with minimal voice support when needed. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start a career in customer experience and prefer a written-focused support environment.

As part of the team, you will help ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and professional assistancedelivered in a calm, friendly, and composed manner. You will work in a hybrid setup providing both flexibility and on-site collaboration opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle customer concerns through email and chat; take occasional calls when required.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues while upholding excellent service standards.
  • Document interactions and update customer information in internal systems.
  • Follow communication guidelines, workflows, and quality requirements.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a professional, calm, and composed tone in all customer interactions.
  • Meet performance goals such as response time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong written communication skills, with clear and grammatically correct responses.
  • Good verbal communication skills for minimal voice interactions.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed, even in challenging situations.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems or tools.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup (1 week onsite, 3 weeks WFH).
  • Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig City.
