Job Description

We're looking for aCustomer Support Representative with 1 - 5 years customer service experienceto handle calls and email requests, raise and track work orders, coordinate urgent tasks with contractors, and process invoices and job tickets.

This role supports the timely follow-through of jobs and ensures tasks are completed and closed in line with agreed KPIs.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to email queries
  • Interpret and validate client requests, then action the appropriate service response
  • Raise work orders and coordinate urgent jobs with contractors
  • Process invoices, sign-off tickets, and insurance documentation
  • Capture and update data accurately in internal systems
  • Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Track, follow up, and close outstanding jobs within agreed KPIs
  • Participate in system improvements and team development activities

What We're Looking For

  • 15 years of customer service experience (phone and email support)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving and people skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with documentation
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Able to prioritize, multitask, and manage time efficiently
  • Can work independently and collaborate well with a team
  • Experience in customer service is a plus (especially in admin-heavy support roles)
