MyWellOps is a fast-growing SaaS platform that helps wellness professionals launch and scale their practices globally.

We eliminate the operational headaches practitioners face:

Help practitioners focus on clients — not admin.

We are hiring a Sales Executive & Success Specialist to drive activation, retention, and revenue growth.

The Role

This is a revenue-impact role.

You will:

  • Convert 14-day free trials into paying customers
  • Ensure users fully set up their accounts (website, services, payments, bookings)
  • Improve feature adoption
  • Reduce churn
  • Build scalable onboarding systems

You will work closely with the founder, product, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding

  • Run live onboarding calls
  • Guide new users step-by-step through setup
  • Ensure Stripe/payment integrations are completed
  • Help customers publish their website within 7–14 days
  • Create onboarding checklists and documentation

Customer Success & Retention

  • Proactively monitor trial and new users
  • Identify at-risk accounts and intervene early
  • Drive adoption of key features
  • Upsell users where appropriate
  • Collect testimonials and user feedback

Support & Product Collaboration

  • Manage support inbox and live chat
  • Troubleshoot software issues
  • Work with the dev team to resolve bugs
  • Identify friction and suggest improvements

Success Metrics

  • Trial → Paid conversion rate
  • Time to launch
  • Stripe connection rate
  • Feature adoption
  • Monthly churn
  • Customer satisfaction (NPS)

Mandatory Requirements

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) — non-negotiable
  • Minimum 3 years experience in SaaS/software
  • Experience in onboarding, customer success, or implementation roles
  • Confident running live video calls
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Commercial mindset and understanding of revenue impact

Preferred

  • Experience in early-stage startups
  • Familiarity with Stripe or online payments
  • Experience supporting service-based businesses
  • Understanding SaaS metrics (activation, churn, LTV)
