We are seeking a talented Customer Success Software Developer to bridge the gap between customer support and software development. The ideal candidate will leverage technology to solve real-world problems, provide exceptional customer experiences, and ensure the highest quality in products and services.
Responsibilities
- Sales Support:
- Provide technical support to the sales team, addressing client inquiries and tailoring solutions.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals, ensuring clear communication of product specifications and capabilities.
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and training sessions for potential and existing clients.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team.
- Software Development:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our SaaS platform, ensuring it remains robust, scalable, and user-friendly.
- Work on client-specific customizations and integrations, adapting our software solutions to meet unique client requirements.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to enhance the software and incorporate new features based on customer and market needs.
- Installation Support:
- Participate in major installations to ensure all IoT devices are working properly, software is set up for customers, and users are trained to use the systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer support, quality assurance, or software development.
Familiarity with IoT devices, SaaS platforms, and basic troubleshooting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional Asian languages are a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple
responsibilities.
Preferred Experience
Extensive experience with Java EE, Spring Framework (Boot), and related technologies: Demonstrated by years of experience as a Software Engineer, with significant expertise in Java and related technologies.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as Angular 2+, React, VueJS, and JavaScript: Demonstrated by experience in developing web applications and user interfaces.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP: Demonstrated by experience in deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms.
Knowledge of database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and
MongoDB: Demonstrated by experience in designing and developing database schemas and queries.
Experience with Agile development methodologies: Demonstrated by experience in leading agile teams and participating in agile development projects.
