We are looking for a Customer Success & Sales Specialist to join our client's team. This position combines customer support, account management, and sales outreach. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, building long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow business while also assisting with support inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customer accounts, building relationships and supporting client needs.
- Conduct outbound outreach to existing and potential customers to maintain engagement and identify sales opportunities.
- Handle inbound inquiries including order status, pricing requests, product questions, and general support.
- Process orders, provide tracking information, and assist customers using internal systems.
- Use tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and internal systems to manage customer interactions and support tickets.
- Balance account management, customer support, and sales outreach while working toward performance goals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in both customer support and sales.
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers by phone and email.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calls and proactive customer outreach.
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems and tools (CRM platforms such as Salesforce are a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
- Proactive, reliable, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
