Yngen Datacom Corp is seeking a passionate and drivenCustomer SuccessManagerto join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our cutting-edge software solutions and the businesses that use them. You'll play a critical part in driving customer satisfaction, product adoption, and long-term value.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, owning and managing the customer relationship end-to-end.
- Conduct end-user training to help clients fully unlock the value of our solutions.
- Provide strategic guidance on best practices and effective system usage.
- Manage onboarding and implementation projects, and support crisis resolution when needed.
- Educate customers on new features and enhancements.
- Continuously work to empower clients and ensure their long-term success with our platform.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (experience with software companies is a must).
- Amenable to work permanently duringUS Time zone
- Fluent in English, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Background in tech-focused industries, especially B2B SaaS, is a plus.
