Startup description:

TrialView is a fast-growing legal tech startup building the next generation of AI-powered tools for litigation,

case preparation, and evidence review. Their platform combines advanced document management, real-time

collaboration, and generative AI to help legal teams work smarter and faster. Founded in 2014 with offices in

Dublin and London, TrialView is currently building a remote team from the Philippines, with 1 hire in their

engineering team and 2 hires in customer success.

Schedule: Full-time position of 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, Ireland time zone (5 pm to 2 am Manila).

What you'll do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses.
  • Assess and prioritize incoming requests based on context and urgency, managing multiple requests across workstreams and escalating when needed.
  • Join client video calls to explain workflows, answer questions, and provide walkthroughs or training.
  • Own client requests end-to-end, ensuring clear coordination, follow-up, and successful delivery.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and recurring issues, raising them with relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide insights to enhance client experience and improve internal processes.
  • Support testing, validation, and ad hoc delivery, operational, or administrative tasks as needed.
  • Stay current on new technologies and trends to improve customer relationship management.

What you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role managing high volumes of inbound requests.
  • Proven experience in legal tech, SaaS, or professional services industry.
  • Experience participating in client calls or video meetings to resolve queries or provide guidance.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer management platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Client-focused with a consultative approach to support and relationship building.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive teamwork across departments.
  • Professionalism and autonomy with exceptional attention to detail and a strong display of empathy.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
