We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (Payroll) to partner with enterprise clients in the Philippines and ensure successful adoption and ongoing value realization of the Darwinbox Payroll solution.

Job Description

This role sits at the intersection of HR technology, payroll operations, and strategic client partnership, ensuring payroll processes run smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently on the Darwinbox platform.

What You Will Do

1. Client Success & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary Customer Success contact for payroll stakeholders of assigned enterprise clients
  • Build trusted relationships with HR, Payroll, and Finance leaders
  • Ensure clients realize maximum value from the Darwinbox Payroll solution
  • Drive executive engagement through regular governance and business reviews

2. Payroll Adoption & Optimization

  • Guide clients on best practices for payroll processes on Darwinbox
  • Support adoption of key payroll features and automation capabilities
  • Help clients improve payroll efficiency, reporting, and employee experience

3. Post-Go-Live Stabilization

  • Support clients after payroll go-live to ensure stable and accurate payroll runs
  • Monitor payroll cycles and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues affecting payroll operations

4. Compliance & Regulatory Awareness

  • Act as a trusted advisor on Philippine payroll processes and statutory requirements, including: BIR taxation rules, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions, 13th-month pay and year-end adjustments, Ensure clients are aware of product updates related to regulatory changes

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Support, Implementation, and Engineering teams to resolve client issues
  • Advocate internally for client needs and priorities
  • Ensure clear communication and transparency on issue resolution

6. Account Health & Growth

  • Monitor client health, adoption, and risks
  • Identify opportunities to expand Darwinbox usage across modules
  • Partner with Key Accounts teams to support account growth while ensuring continued success of payroll operations

  • Stable and accurate payroll processing for assigned clients
  • High product adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Strong client relationships with HR and payroll leaders
  • Successful renewals and expansion opportunities

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 610 years of experience in payroll operations, HR technology, HR consulting, or customer success
  • Experience supporting enterprise clients or complex HR systems is highly preferred

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of Philippine payroll regulations and statutory requirements
  • Familiarity with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, or HR technology

Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills
  • Analytical problem solving and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across teams
