A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary partner for a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring strong platform adoption, long-term customer satisfaction, and measurable value. You'll guide clients through onboarding, engagement strategies, and renewal planning while strengthening relationships with key stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively identify potential risks or engagement gaps
  • Lead adoption initiatives, including onboarding programs, training sessions, and engagement campaigns
  • Manage renewals and retention strategies across your enterprise customer portfolio
  • Maintain consistent communication with key client stakeholders and lead stewardship meetings
  • Resolve client issues efficiently while coordinating cross-functional internal teams for escalations
  • Document customer outcomes and engagement progress across lifecycle programs
  • Collaborate with Success Consultants and internal teams to drive account success strategies
  • Translate customer needs into actionable internal insights and improvement opportunities
  • Recommend lifecycle and engagement improvements to strengthen long-term adoption
  • Track program performance and report customer success outcomes to leadership
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Map stakeholder relationships and personas to strengthen engagement strategies
  • Partner with Account Executives during quarterly business reviews and strategic planning
  • Maintain a continuous feedback loop for product improvements and feature requests
  • Stay current on platform capabilities and industry trends

A BIT ABOUT YOU

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within Enterprise Software or SaaS environments
  • Experience managing enterprise customer portfolios and engagement plans
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, especially in remote or distributed environments
  • Experience building relationships with senior-level leaders and decision-makers
  • Ability to analyze customer behavior and adoption trends
  • Highly customer-focused with strong empathy and problem-solving ability
  • Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong judgment and decision-making capability
  • Experience within the Insurance or SaaS industry is highly preferred
