Customer Success Executive(Education) - 4-month Fixed-Term Contract (35,00050,000 | Remote | FREE AI Certification)

You own the defined operational and document-driven outputs that support the B2B Account Management team for international education programs, ensuring client enrollment, documentation, and communication calendars are consistently maintained. Your work follows established site protocols, global workflows, and coordination paths aligned with client expectations.

This is not a reactive support role. You operate within clear scopes, manage high-stakes document queues for visa and enrollment processing, and are trusted to act decisively when program deadlines or data accuracy are at risk. Best suited for professionals who thrive in structured environments, value high-precision accountability, and prefer clear expectations over ambiguity.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

  • Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B setting.
  • Degree in teaching or education, or any experience working in a school environment
  • Expertise in handling corporate accounts and engaging in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Responsibility Pillars

B2B Account Support

You own the structural integrity of client documentation, ensuring all administrative moving parts align across global teams.

  • Draft and process client-facing documents for visa applications, invoices, and pre-program forms
  • Execute invoice adjustments and reconciliations in collaboration with the finance team
  • Maintain audit-ready records for all B2B account interactions

Admissions & Application Review

You are accountable for the precision of the student application funnel, ensuring all eligibility requirements are met without delay.

  • Manage enrollment documentation queues to ensure all required compliance documents are obtained
  • Execute English Language Proficiency assessments, including conducting structured video interviews
  • Validate application data entry to maintain 100% accuracy in the enrollment system

Communication & Event Coordination

You act as the central point for B2B outreach, ensuring all partner communications are professional and timely.

  • Manage the B2B outreach calendar for referral providers and scholarship logistics
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of B2B2C events and lead entry protocols
  • Identify and report workflow gaps to improve offshore delivery speed and partner satisfaction
