We're Hiring: Customer Solutions Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and solving problems proactively We're looking for a Customer Solutions Specialist to join our client's team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also work independently, ensuring every customer interaction meets the highest standards.

What You'll Do:

Customer Service & Helpdesk Support

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the Singapore office team to address feedback and implement support plans that build lasting relationships.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, guiding users with effective solutions.
  • Accurately log all helpdesk interactions in Freshdesk to maintain a detailed support history.
  • Follow up to ensure reported issues are fully resolved and customers are satisfied.
  • Update and maintain training manuals for new or revised software and hardware.

Order Processing & Fulfilment

  • Oversee timely fulfilment of sales orders, coordinating with forwarders and warehouses for smooth delivery.
  • Monitor and manage backorders, proactively communicating with stakeholders.
  • Process Requisition of Returns for verification and approval.
  • Maintain proper documentation, including purchase orders, emails, invoices, and delivery notes.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support other customer service and operational tasks as assigned by the Manager to meet business needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Diploma or higher
  • Language: Proficient in English with professional email communication skills
  • Qualities:
  • Positive, service-oriented, and detail-focused
  • Team player with strong reliability and commitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, especially during peak order seasons
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Some knowledge of shipping and familiarity with Incoterms

Budget/Salary: Php 35,000 per month
