The client is a leading provider of fresh produce (fruit and vegetables) supplying customers across Australia in hospitality, fine dining, healthcare, tourism, and other industries. The business operates multiple brands and facilities nationwide, with key functions such as Customer Service delivered through a centralized team supporting multiple systems and entities.

Role Overview
This role is part of the Group Customer Service team and provides order entry, administrative, and reporting support to sales and operations across multiple brands and platforms. Training will be conducted during Australian daytime hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently process customer orders in the appropriate system
- Manage assigned customer email inboxes and communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp)
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Sales team
- Maintain and update product catalogues and customer-specific pantry/order lists
- Generate, verify, and distribute standard customer service reports
- Support ad hoc data requests and reporting needs for Sales and Customer Service
- Handle inbound customer inquiries in line with service standards
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales Support, Finance, and Logistics (including dock bookings)
- Place online product orders with external vendors as required
- Complete daily task checklists and follow internal quality processes
- Contribute to process improvements in customer service and sales operations
Qualifications & Experience
- Customer-focused with strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends, public holidays, and team coverage when required
- 24 years of experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, or administrative roles (preferred)
- Experience in food, FMCG, wholesale, or related industries is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
