Work Location: Shaw, Mandaluyong

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and technically skilled professional with BPO experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in both sales and technical support, with hands-on knowledge in domains, DNS, and Microsoft O365 troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year BPO experience
  • Minimum 6 months Sales experience
  • Minimum 6 months Technical Support experience
  • Knowledgeable in Domains, DNS, and Microsoft O365 troubleshooting
  • Experience in web hosting is an advantage
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and handle objections
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support related to domains, DNS, and O365
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Identify sales opportunities and promote relevant products/services
  • Deliver excellent customer experience while meeting sales targets
