Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and technically skilled professional with BPO experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in both sales and technical support, with hands-on knowledge in domains, DNS, and Microsoft O365 troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year BPO experience
- Minimum 6 months Sales experience
- Minimum 6 months Technical Support experience
- Knowledgeable in Domains, DNS, and Microsoft O365 troubleshooting
- Experience in web hosting is an advantage
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and handle objections
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support related to domains, DNS, and O365
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Identify sales opportunities and promote relevant products/services
- Deliver excellent customer experience while meeting sales targets
