Job Description

Major Responsibilities

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of automotive professionals, including technicians, service representatives, and administrative staff.
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.

Operational Oversight

  • Monitor and manage automotive service centers, dealership, or retail outlets nationwide
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Optimize workflow processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.

Sales And Customer Service

  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute strategies to increase automotive sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Oversee customer interactions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues as needed.

Inventory Management

  • Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure adequate stock levels of vehicles, parts, and accessories.
  • Analyze inventory data and make recommendations for replenishment and adjustments.

Performance Analysis

  • Collect and analyze data related to workshop sales, customer feedback, service quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop action plans accordingly.

Relationship Building

  • Cultivate relationship with key stakeholders. such as dealer principals, suppliers, manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate with other field managers and corporate teams to share best practices and align strategies.

Budgeting And Financial Management

  • Assist in developing and managing budgets for the region, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize resource allocation.
