We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our customers by assisting with inquiries, orders, product information, and after-sales support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and prior experience in the medical equipment or healthcare industry, enabling them to confidently support customers with technical and product-related questions.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other support channels in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers with product selection, usage guidance, and troubleshooting of medical equipment
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty-related requests accurately
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
Coordinate with logistics, sales, and technical teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
Educate customers on product features, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements
Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay updated on product catalog, new launches, and industry regulations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
3-4 years of experience in customer support or customer service
Previous experience in the medical equipment or healthcare industry is highly preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain technical or medical product information clearly to customers
Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience supporting products such as diagnostic devices, mobility aids, home healthcare equipment, or medical supplies
Familiarity with healthcare compliance, safety standards, or regulatory requirements
Multilingual skills are a plus
Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions while maintaining quality service
