Role and Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer service inquiries by identifying customer needs related to benefits, eligibility, claims, and other healthcare concerns.
  • Guide and educate customers on consumer-driven healthcare topics to support informed decision-making and improved well-being.
  • Assist customers in choosing appropriate benefit plan options and high-quality healthcare providers.
  • Intervene with healthcare providers, such as doctors offices, to help customers with appointment scheduling or connecting them with internal specialists when needed.
  • Provide real-time resolutions to customer issues or ensure timely follow-up to deliver accurate and complete information.
  • Support members, families, healthcare facilities, and professionals by delivering exceptional service that reinforces trust and confidence in the organization.
