Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist role located in Pasig and/or Cebu. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing high-quality support through various communication channels such as phone, email, or chat. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining professionalism, and delivering an outstanding customer experience while adhering to company policies and standards.
