Job Requirements

College Level / Bachelor's degree
With at least 6 months to 1 year experience as a Customer Service at Food Industry
Knowledgeable at Communication tools like email, live chat, and social media platforms.
Good communication skills/written communication skills/open and interactive communication
Attention to detail/detail orientated

Responsibilities

Handling customer inquiries and concerns.
Providing Information about the company products, services, and policies to provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
Assisting customers with processing orders, forms, applications, requests, returns, exchanges, and payments.
Keeping detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints within a CRM system or database.
Ensuring customer satisfaction/maintain high customer satisfaction
