A versatile role responsible for managing customer interactions and order fulfillment across diverse communication channels such as phone, email, Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, and SMS. Oversees the complete order process, including shipment documentation and proactive customer communication regarding order status. Ensures a positive customer experience by confirming orders and providing tracking numbers. Efficiently handles customer inquiries, resolves issues, and manages complaints professionally. Additionally, serves as a Store Sales Assistant at the Marikina branch to support in-store customers and undertakes other tasks as directed by management.
Qualification
- College level or College graduate
- Highly competent and results driven.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible at all times.
- Computer literate & good customer service.
- Willing to start ASAP.
