Your Role: What You'll Be Doing
- Call new leads within 60 seconds to qualify requests and urgency
- Schedule on-site appointments for electricians and confirm customer details
- Handle inbound calls and texts professionally to build immediate trust
- Manage dispatching and routing to minimize gaps and keep the day tight
- Document all job notes and outcomes accurately within our CRM system
- Track lead sources and booking status to ensure no opportunity is dropped
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional English proficiency with professional, neutral verbal clarity
- Strong phone presence that is warm, professional, and highly confident
- Proven ability to book appointments and handle common customer objections
- Highly organized and tech-savvy with experience in scheduling and task tracking
- Calm under pressure while working a fast-paced Speed-to-Lead process
- Stable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet remote workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceTitan experience is a major advantage (or similar CRM/dispatch software)
- Experience in US home services (Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing) strongly preferred
- Knowledge of electrical job types (troubleshooting, panel work, EV chargers, etc.)
- Proven track record in high-volume dispatching or remote customer support roles
