Your Role: What You'll Be Doing

  • Call new leads within 60 seconds to qualify requests and urgency
  • Schedule on-site appointments for electricians and confirm customer details
  • Handle inbound calls and texts professionally to build immediate trust
  • Manage dispatching and routing to minimize gaps and keep the day tight
  • Document all job notes and outcomes accurately within our CRM system
  • Track lead sources and booking status to ensure no opportunity is dropped

Required Qualifications

  • Exceptional English proficiency with professional, neutral verbal clarity
  • Strong phone presence that is warm, professional, and highly confident
  • Proven ability to book appointments and handle common customer objections
  • Highly organized and tech-savvy with experience in scheduling and task tracking
  • Calm under pressure while working a fast-paced Speed-to-Lead process
  • Stable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet remote workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceTitan experience is a major advantage (or similar CRM/dispatch software)
  • Experience in US home services (Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing) strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of electrical job types (troubleshooting, panel work, EV chargers, etc.)
  • Proven track record in high-volume dispatching or remote customer support roles

  • Earnings: $18K-$24K/yr salary
