Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Laguna for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves assisting customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing information about products and services. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, handling complaints, escalating issues when required, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and the ability to assist customers professionally and empathetically.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution to efficiently address customer issues and concerns.
  • Ability to learn and utilize company systems, tools, and software to manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple customer inquiries and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Experience in customer-focused roles, call center environments, or related fields is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; bilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in customer service or related fields is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Laguna with a flexible schedule, including potential night shifts or weekends as needed.
