Customer Service Representative
What You'll Do
- Handle outbound calls to carriers for billing inquiries, refunds, contracts, and inventory questions
- Update trackers and our proprietary Sophia TEM system to initiate client processes
- Collect and organize information for the client database
- Escalate complex issues to Billing Support Specialists when needed
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business-Finance, Communications, or English.
- Candidates with at least 2 years of college and relevant work experience will also be considered.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years in customer service
- 3-5 years in carrier invoice and/or provisioning experience
Hard Skills Required
- Strong communication skills in professional English
- Customer service/communications background
- MS Office (Outlook & Excel) - must know conditional formatting (duplicates)
- Basic finance/business analytics - able to spot invoice discrepancies
- Typing speed: 40 WPM (average of 3 one-minute tests)
