Job Description

  • Attends customer inquiries, complaints and give customers information about products and services, takes orders, answers queries.
  • Provides timely and accurate information to customer order status and product knowledge requests.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to address customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure date integrity in our customer database.
  • At least one year experience in a related field
  • Skilled in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Highly self-motivated, honest and detail-oriented, with strong attention to accuracy.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and managing pressure effectively
