We are currently looking for experienced BPO professionals to join our growing team supporting U.S.-based healthcare providers. If you have strong communication skills and at least 1 year of BPO experience, this is a great opportunity to build a stable and rewarding career in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inbound customer support for U.S. healthcare clients
  • Deliver accurate and timely information while maintaining excellent service quality
  • Perform administrative and documentation tasks in accordance with client protocols
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service and performance targets
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of BPO experience (CSR or TSR experience preferred)
  • Strong English communication and customer service skills
  • Willing to work shifting schedules aligned with U.S. business hours
  • Background in a healthcare account is an advantage but not required
