Key Responsibilities- Provide inbound customer support for U.S. healthcare clients
- Deliver accurate and timely information while maintaining excellent service quality
- Perform administrative and documentation tasks in accordance with client protocols
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service and performance targets
Qualifications- At least 1 year of BPO experience (CSR or TSR experience preferred)
- Strong English communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work shifting schedules aligned with U.S. business hours
- Background in a healthcare account is an advantage but not required
