We are looking for Customer Sales Representatives with the following qualifications:
Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply
Must have 6 months of BPO experience with knowledge of basic troubleshooting
Good to excellent verbal and written communication skills
Amenable to work onsite in Gilmore, Quezon City
Amenable to work on a graveyard schedule
Fixed weekends off (subject to change depending on the business needs)
Can start as soon as possible.
Duties And Responsibilities
Answer clients queries professionally to understand about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Able to juggle different work activities, shifting attention from one task to another and meet the performance target.
Engage in active listening and respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
Show a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues, offering assistance when needed and promoting a positive team environment.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks and documentation
