Customer Service Representative (Contact Center Representative)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound customer inquiries across voice with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Follow quality assurance processes, participate in coaching, and implement feedback to improve performance, which includes regularly reviewing recorded calls and receiving constructive criticism from supervisors to enhance customer interaction skills.

Qualifications

  • At least a senior high school graduate
  • The candidate must possess fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to handle professional customer interactions.
  • Proven experience with multichannel support: voice, chat, and email.
  • The candidate must possess the ability to work on-site in the Philippines and adapt to rotating shifts, which may include evenings and weekends to accommodate customer needs across different time zones.
