Job Summary
We are looking for friendly, patient, and professional Customer Service Representatives to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product/service support across various industries such as telecommunications, finance, technology, sales, and insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails.
Answer Customer Questions About Products, Services, Or Accounts.
Resolve complaints or technical issues efficiently and politely.
Process orders, applications, payments, or claims.
Provide accurate information and follow company procedures.
Upsell or cross-sell products when needed (for sales-related roles).
Keep records of customer interactions and update systems.
Meet performance targets (e.g. quality, speed, customer satisfaction).
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
