We are seeking a Customer Service Representative Tax Analyst to be part of our Sales Tax Operations team. The ideal candidate is someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
We highly prefer candidates with a background in accounting, taxation, or bookkeeping, and experience with QuickBooks or Xero is a plus. If you enjoy helping clients and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to sales tax inquiries and issues
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer concerns regarding tax filings, payments, and compliance
- Support clients with document submissions and data validation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 6 months of accounting/financial experience, particularly in the BPO, and preferably has worked with taxation and bookkeeping (Quickbooks, Xero, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Must have a stable internet connection and a conducive WFH setup
