Qualifications

- With 6months-1 year of working experience in Customer Service or equivalent.

Job Description
The Branch Customer Service Representatives role operates in a variety of capacities concerning customer related issues from the field office level.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Handles all assigned customer-related inbound calls, sms, and emails. This will include but not limited to the following: Loan balance inquiry, loan prospect inquiry, collection-related issues, requests for loan adjustments and payment arrangement.
- Corresponds to customer complaints and forward to concerned departments for resolution.
- Handles tele-sales functions that would include doing outbound calls to offer for repeat sales and loan applications.
- Endorsement of closed accounts to loan operations for proper turn-over of customers documents.
