Financial Account Representative – Vertis North

We're looking for experienced and customer-focused professionals to join our Financial Account team at TELUS Vertis North, Quezon City.

In this role, you'll assist customers with financial and banking-related concerns while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced, high-volume, and compliance-driven environment. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to navigate multiple systems.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of BPO experience, preferably in a financial or customer service account; OR
• At least 6 months of banking CSR experience (local or international)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite in Vertis North
• Amenable to shifting schedules
