StormWind Studios is the leading provider of cloud-based online training, improving the teams of companies throughout the US and Canada. We are looking for a Customer Service Pro, but not just any run of the mill rep; a true Client Amazement Representative.
What Will I do
- Entering data to create client accounts.
- Generate and analyze data for presentation to internal clients.
- Answer inbound client calls and emails, diagnose and resolve any questions or issues they are
experiencing.
- Communicate proactively with clients via phone and email to foster relationships, upsell and

Technical Skills
- Minimum of Associates degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
