StormWind Studios is the leading provider of cloud-based online training, improving the teams of companies throughout the US and Canada. We are looking for a Customer Service Pro, but not just any run of the mill rep; a true Client Amazement Representative.

What Will I do

  • Entering data to create client accounts.
  • Generate and analyze data for presentation to internal clients.
  • Answer inbound client calls and emails, diagnose and resolve any questions or issues they are

experiencing.

  • Communicate proactively with clients via phone and email to foster relationships, upsell and
  • Generate sales renewals.

What should I know

  • Be able to talk to anyone, politely and professionally.
  • Must not confuse being busy with being productive.
  • Must be able to write professionally and have excellent spelling and grammar skills.
  • Have the ability to not just listen, but to hear what is being said.
  • Must have a winning attitude and demonstrated dedication to ensuring client amazement.
  • Constantly assess and recommend ways our team can be more efficient, generate more revenue, and generally, be more awesome (if being more awesome is even possible).
  • Must be able to independently, and as part of a team, think critically, make decisions and take

actions which are ethical, professional, and profitable.

  • Must be humble
  • Must have the ability to embrace continuous change and exhibit the adaptability to work within realistic, yet demanding deadlines

Technical Skills

  • Minimum of Associates degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
