ClearSource is seeking anexceptional customer service professionalto join our team as aCustomer Service Representative

In this role, you will providecustomer supportfor our client's premium Solar program. You will help customers eliminate the stress and hassle related to home maintenance services. We need individuals with at least1 year experiencewith a strong focus oncustomer supportwho can think positively, solve problems, and deliver friendly, effective solutions.

What you will do as a Customer Service Representative

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, co-workers, and all levels of the organization.
  • Provide timely updates and reporting as required.
  • Identify and recommend improvements in service, product, procedures, and/or processes to support operational excellence and prevent recurring issues.
  • Report any training needs, system errors, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and adherence to scheduled availability.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience in the solar industry is an advantage
  • Outbound calling background is a plus
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be willing towork onsite
