About the Role

Metacom Careers is currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Shipping and Logistics account in Eastwood. This is a great opportunity for graduates of Finance, Accounting, or Marketing who want to start or grow their career in the BPO industry. You will be supporting customers with shipment-related concerns and ensuring a smooth delivery experience.

What You'll Do

Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, delivery timelines, and logistics services

Help customers track packages and provide real-time status updates

Resolve delivery issues and coordinate with the appropriate teams when needed

Accurately log customer interactions in the system

Provide clear and professional assistance to ensure customer satisfaction

Work Setup and Training

Onsite work arrangement in Eastwood, Quezon City

Shifting schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays

Comprehensive paid training to prepare you for the role

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills

Comfortable using computers and handling multiple tasks

Willing to work onsite in Eastwood
