Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every interaction is rooted in customer obsession. You won't just answer questions; you'll build relationships and drive growth through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound inquiries across phone, email, and web chat with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Accurately verify customer orders and navigate the returns/exchanges process to ensure a seamless post-purchase experience.
  • Identify opportunities to drive sales by understanding customer needs and providing expert product recommendations.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency while assisting with special projects assigned by leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

We are looking for a reliable professional with a solid work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced BPO environment.

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience as a CSR in a BPO (preferably in a Voice account).
  • Communication Expert: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Technical Speed: Highly proficient typing skills (5055+ WPM).
  • Flexibility: Willing to work flexible hours and move seamlessly between voice, chat, and email channels.
  • Commitment: 100% committed to the role with a proven, solid work ethic.
