Your Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every interaction is rooted in customer obsession. You won't just answer questions you'll build relationships and drive growth through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound inquiries across phone, email, and web chat with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Accurately verify customer orders and navigate the returns/exchanges process to ensure a seamless post-purchase experience.
  • Identify opportunities to drive sales by understanding customer needs and providing expert product recommendations.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency while assisting with special projects assigned by leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

We are looking for a reliable professional with a solid work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced BPO environment.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience as a CSR in a BPO (preferably in a Voice account).
  • Communication Expert: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Technical Speed: Highly proficient typing skills (50-55+ WPM).
  • Flexibility: Willing to work flexible hours and move seamlessly between voice, chat, and email channels.
  • Commitment: 100% committed to the role with a proven, solid work ethic.
