This is a remote position.

We are VirtuallyinCredible, a company committed to living and loving life. We started out with just 1 Virtual Assistant, and now we have over a thousand virtual assistants collectively working at home with us.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls from clients. You will respond to client's inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve client complaints. This role necessitates a customer-centric perspective, strong organizational skills, and exceptional communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from clients with professionalism and a customer-first attitude

  • Respond to client's inquiries, provide accurate information, and provide resolution

  • Handle and resolve client complaints in a professional and timely manner

  • Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and provide up-to-date information

  • Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores

  • Comply with client-specific Standard Operating Procedures in handling customer transactions

  • Proactively keep him/herself updated with changes in Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines

  • Comply with VirtuallyinCredible's set of guidelines in the fulfillment of daily tasks

  • Effectively represent VirtuallyinCredible's core values to anyone within or outside of the company.

  • Provide data and information to the leadership team as required.

  • Perform additional/other services that may be required from time to time, which may or may not be related to the primary obligations stated above.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in inbound/outbound US Telco voice accounts

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English with an American accent

  • Quiet home office work environment

  • Willing to work on the graveyard shift

  • Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with internet backup available

  • Dependable electricity with power backup available

  • Computer RAM: At least 12 GB RAM Memory for Windows, 8GB RAM for Mac

  • Computer Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 2200/i3, Intel 8th gen/i5 and above

  • Computer Operating System: Windows 11, or macOS (Sequoia, Sonoma, Ventura, and Tahoe)

  • USB Type Noise Cancelling Headset
