Salary: PHP 18,000 PHP 25,000 package
Night Differential: 15%
About the Role:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) handles international voice interactions, resolves customer concerns, and delivers quality service in accordance with account standards and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle international voice customer interactions
Resolve customer concerns using analytical problem-solving
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
Meet quality, productivity, and compliance targets
Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):
Educational Background:
High School / Senior High School graduate with at least 1 year of BPO international voice experience
OR
Completed at least 2 years in college with at least 6 months of BPO international voice experience
Fresh graduates or candidates without BPO experience may be considered with strong communication skills
Skills:
Strong English communication skills (B2 level)
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset
Attention to detail
Work Requirements:
Willing to work onsite
Amenable to shifting schedules
Can start immediately
