VISAYA is looking for detail-oriented and tech-savvy Customer Service Representatives to support our Retail Account. This role primarily involves non-voice customer support, assisting customers with inquiries related to orders, returns, refunds, product information, and account concerns.
Qualifications
- At least college level
- Minimum 6 months BPO experience
- Preferably with retail or customer service account experience
- Comfortable communicating in English
- Strong written communication skills
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
- Amenable to night shift schedule
