Summary
We are looking for
200 dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our night shift team. The ideal candidates should possess a solid background in the BPO industry, specifically in telecommunications. They will be responsible for efficiently addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
About The Job
Key Duties:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through open communication.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and process accounts.
Skills And Experience
Essential Skills:
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any degree.
- Minimum of 6 months call center experience (preferably in TELCO accounts).
- Open to fresh graduates with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work on holidays, weekends, and shifting schedules.
- Willingness to work onsite in IT Park on night shifts.
