The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
Ideal Profile
- Completed 2 years in college + 6 months customer service experience in any industry.
- At least HS graduate ( good communication)
- Graduates of a 4 year course with or without work experience may apply.
- Has a good customer service orientation
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Work-from-home ready
